Some Information On Becoming A Teaching Assistant, And What You Ought To Expect To Get From This Fairly Challenging But Fulfilling Role.
There are 3 levels to the Teaching Assistant qualification, each advancement providing you with an improved chance at getting a job. Only gaining the level 1 qualification won’t give you much chance of acquiring a job as a teaching assistant – make sure you aim for at least the level 2 course, but always go for the level 3 course if you have the opportunity. I had to choose the level 2 course as at the time I started the course as the level 3 was not available in my area. I do quite often see advertised Teaching Assistant jobs that only require level2. Level 3 however, will of course enhance your chances, open up access to jobs that require level 3, and also support a bigger wage.
When becoming a Teaching Assistant, it is worth observing that lots of the work available is working with children with special educational needs, as these are the areas where the added help is most likely going to be helpful. The advantage of this is that these Teaching Assistants do usually get paid more than a Teaching Assistant that is helping out in a standard mainstream class. However, the role is generally more challenging as you can end up having to handle more difficult situations. Having experienced it myself though, I would say it is certainly worthwhile – for my course the work experience I had was within a schools special educational needs class, and whilst I did find it challenging, it was also very rewarding, and the children were great to work with, if sometimes difficult! Teaching assistants typically work in primary schools, but can also work in secondary schools, and higher education establishments such as colleges and 6th form schools.
Once you become a Teaching Assistant, your average starting pay will be approximately £14,500, however this does improve with experience. However it is worth realising this salary is pro-rata – Teaching Assistants normally do not get paid for the time off during the school holidays, so you have to make sure you take that into account when first starting out. Generally speaking, the older the children you work with, the higher the level of pay you will receive. You should get lots opportunities to expand your skills outside of school time, and you could consider doing a part-time degree to become a Teacher, if you find you enjoy the job a lot.

Rules Of Copywriting That Will Make Money For You If You Want Extra Carpet Sales
What you are actually doing with copywriting is influencing the reader with the emotional content of your words. First of all, the reader should be given a reason to buy the product from your copy. It's a fact that people buy products on impulse. For the majority of people, purchases are an emotional decision.
This is why it's important to convince your prospects that buying your product will improve their life because of all its benefits. The most effective sales copy is the kind that people respond to emotionally in a way that makes them want to buy the item. Copywriters who aren't very experienced tend to produce copy that is just words on a page and doesn't spark any interest. Your goal, remember, is to make your prospects enthusiastic about your product and eager to try it. But make sure you're not using any negative emotions here because you want your copy to be positive. Your words should be powerful enough to bring the prospect into the buying mode.
Writing effective headlines is one of the most essential parts of copywriting. You can get very far if you can master this one skill.
Without an effective headline, your sales copy won't bring in the response you're expecting. Your prospects will see your headline before reading anything else in your copy. You must make your headline interesting if you want the prospect to continue reading. You want to make your headlines good, so take as much time as you have to with them. You should not create only a single headline, but rather make a few so you can test them against each other to see which is best. Your success lies in finding the best converting headline and this is only possible with consistent testing. If you suspect a new headline will improve your conversions, try it out by testing it against another one. If you want to improve your response rate and make more sales, spend more time creating great headlines for your copy. When you see that a particular headline converts well, use it as a model for other campaigns. You can create a swap file that contains your most effective headlines that you use for all your sales copy.
The AIDA formula is a good guideline to use in all your copywriting. Your prospects will respond well if you take them through these four steps. First grab their attention, then get them interested, then create a desire and ultimately lead them towards the action you want them to take. You can get very impressive results from this copywriting formula that has been used successfully for a long time.
In conclusion, work on perfecting your copywriting skills and you'll be rewarded with higher sales, increased conversion rates and a stronger online business.

Choosing the Payment Option That Is Right for You
oDesk, GetAFreelancer, Scriptlance, Elance and other freelance online staffing marketplaces and management platforms all offer a variety of payment methods. Understanding all of these methods and choosing the right one for you is a very important decision.
Unfortunately, in this world that we live, sometimes we have to pay to be able to get our money. That doesn’t usually put a smile on anyone’s face, but it’s sometimes necessary. Let’s talk about ways to minimize this loss of hard-earned money.
As I said, there are many payment options available. The best method of payment is ACH, which is a direct deposit of funds into your bank account. This is usually only available for those who have a bank account in the United States. This method is very convenient, and best of all, usually free of charge.
In my opinion, the second best choice is PayPal. Your payment is sent to you via PayPal, which is a very reputable online e-commerce business. There are two down sides. Not everyone can get a PayPal account. PayPal does not offer their services to every country worldwide; however, they are including more and more countries frequently. The second down side to PayPal is that they charge you a percentage of the funds that you receive, so you lose about 5% in this way.
Moneybookers, E-Gold, Payoneer Prepaid Cards, and wire transfers all fall into the same category for me. Avoid them all if possible! You will pay more than what’s fair to get your money in hand with these companies. Don’t get me wrong, they all serve their purpose. For the long term, try to get access to another payment method if you can. Use these as a last resort.
Checks are okay if you don’t mind waiting for the snail mail to deliver them and then waiting again for them to clear your bank account. Then there is always the chance that they could get lost in the mail. The company issuing you the check would most likely charge you to cancel the check as well. The good thing is that receiving your payment by check is usually free, or accompanied by a reasonable fee.
As you can see, there are many options to choose from. Find the option that costs you the least, and keep most of what you make. After all, you work hard for your money, right?
Work At Home Jobs
There are legitimate work-at-home jobs out there. I have been working successfully from home for over a year now. There are projects that include programming, technical writing, graphic design and administrative support.
Yes, you need specialized skills to be a programmer or graphic designer, but there are many jobs in the administrative support categories that only require basic computer and internet knowledge. Data entry and telemarketing are two examples that don’t require a college degree.
Working at home has many benefits, but this type of work is not any easier than working in an office all day. You must persevere and have self discipline. It is beneficial to have a daily routine where you work at the same time every day. If you are a stay-at-home mother or father working at home can be a juggling act and you end up working when you have free time between changing diapers. I am getting ready to experience that myself.
The easiest way to dismiss bogus work-at-home opportunities is to see if the source charges you any upfront fees. Think about it like this. If you go into a workplace for an interview, does the receptionist ask you for money before you know anything about the job, or even if you will get the job? No way. The same thought applies for online work. Yes, any company will make money by bridging buyers and provider together, but they will only charge fees after you’ve already started working and earning money.
I hope that I've given you some valuable information and tips on finding ways to work at home legit. It can be a tough business, but there is real work out there for real people like you and I.
